Thetford C 250 CWE flush toilet not working. Under switch overlay it was saturated in water. Printed board had burn marks on it. Would this be because I have driven the caravan with water in the flush tank

If it is the fact you travelled with water in the flush tank I only can say its a crap design thetford, its no rocket science to separate water from electrict circuitry. I suspect it might be a leak.
