my henry hoover has lost suction ?

i have checked all visable checks including hose bag filter ect please help it is less than a year old and dont want to send it over the henry hoover rainbow

Oh, and it's "etc", not "ect".

Etc is short for "Et Cetera" meaning, literally; "And the Rest"

You have been given sound advice - suction may also be lost if air is entering the machine where it should not - a split in the hose for instance.

Take the hose off and see if there's bags of suck thru Henry's nose. Loads of suck? tube blocked and you need to go searching for the blockage. Not much suck? henry is suffering. Any unusual noises from the motor? could be failing. Otherwise re-check the entire air path.
