Mend Honeywell RF2 Temperature Heating

is there a way to just simply turn the temperature up?

I've recently moved and am now in a possession of a digistat RF2 system - everytime I try to reset the existing times and temperatures it reverts to what it was before/anything it feels like! I'm freezing! Any ideas? There are no lights on at all btw on the top right but it is working. thanks J
