is my kenmore upright freezer a fire hazard?

my kenmore upright frostless freezer 20, model # 253.9230410 is cold on the inside but the outside side walls are hot, is this normal?
is this a fire hazard? what do i do?

Its quite normal for the outside walls of a freezer to get hot,especially when it is working hard in warm/hot weather.The heat that is being removed from inside the freezer to make it cold,is being dissipated away through a condenser system,part of which is situated in the outer walls of the freezer.
