I have a three year old vulcan ducted heating unit and have lost my manual. Anybody with a manual can you please tell me what it means when the indicator light on the unit flashes eleven times stops flashes eleven times stops so on and so on in the same pattern. The unit will not work and me and my three kids are Freezing.....
