How can I fix my Riccar Super-Stretch model 570 sewing machine?

I have a Riccar Super-Stretch model 570 sewing machine for 27 years. Never have problem I can not fixed as I still have the instruction manual book. Now suddenly the needle can not picked up the bobbin's thread and I can not fix it. Please help
