How do I programme the control box so that the alarm external bells reset ( go quiet) after a full alert. The remote keypad resets its self but the extermal bell continues. This is causing problems with the neighbours and I think that there is current legislation saying that the alarm must stop sounding after a period of time.
Any advise would be helpful
1, What do you mean the keypad resets itself?
2, Why is it going off so much?
3, It defaults to a 20min cut off anyway unless you have played with the settings. Although now it is 15 mins required.
Is this after a power cut by any chance?
