the panel is telling you what the prob is,check the bell tamper and the lid tamper,lid tamper is the spring on pc board,and the check the wiring to the bell,as nick says its the best panel on market,folow the engineering instruct,you cant go wrong

You have purchased one of the best alarm panels on the market, If you dont understand what you are doing then i suggest you call someone who does.
