Mend Hyosung GV125 Start Work Day

How can iI fix my Hyosung Hyper 125?

Hi, Just wondered if anyone had any ideas on how to start my Hyosung Hyper. I rode it to work the other day then it wouldn't start when I wanted to come home. It's got full tank of fuel. Have had the battery out and charged it, still won't fire. Have had fairing off and sprayed plug with WD40, still nothing from kick start or electric. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks Brett.
