First things first. Have you got a spark.
easy way to tell. Take plug out pop back in HT lead and rest end of plug on the head or any metal part of bike. Start as normal. You should see spark plug sparkig nice blue spark. No spark, change plug. Try again
If there is a spark when plug is out pop about a tee spoon of petrol down plug hole pop in plug and start as normal. does it fire. It should.

The only other thing on these chinese bikes is the valves tighten and you will ned to adjust these. may be a shop time. try Milton Keynes motorcycle centre if you are that way. Top mechanic and owner!
